I love Nederland. It is such a quirky place. This cartoon is done in the utmost respect for the wonderfully nice people of Nederland. I travel to and through Nederland frequently and I'm always greeted with a smile and a wave. But when the Mayor began listing ways to conserve water, I just had to...

Here's to you, Nederland, every last one of you, including the frozen dead guys!
