It's Because of Global Warming

I heard on my local weather report that this has been the coldest winter the United States has experienced in over 50 years.

I'm not a scientist, but I'm prone to believe the growing number of scientists who are solidly convinced that human activity is having little, if no, effect on the warming and cooling of the earth. It has been doing this for eons without our help. In fact, history has proven a warmer earth stimulates human activity. One such time of global warming occurred during a little period called the Renaissance.

Don't get me wrong, I believe we are stewards of this earth and need to take care of it. I cringe when I see man mow down open space for ugly homes and strip malls. But I also believe in being level headed about the issue and that you can't legislate morality.
